Thank you! Thank you! I really needed to hear this from someone else. I have been having similar issues of moving forward after a painful ‘break-up’and my only way of dealing with it was to write down why the relationship hasn't been working for me(memoir to self), etc and then dive right into a daily work out and embracing the love and warmth of family and friends to nourish my broken and hurting soul and body….it always worked but after going through a painful period…..
I’m so glad the article helped and it looks like you’re doing all the right things to move forward! These things can be so painful and they take time to work through properly. In end I believe we find healing once we get through the messiness (if we’re open to it :).
